I will weigh myself weekly and want to lose approximately 100 pounds. I will do this with diet and exercise only and will share with you what I am doing to lose the weight. In order to remain motivated I believe that taking care of your skin, hair and other beauty and health regiments while you’re losing weight helps with your confidence during the process. Wish me luck
